One of ShapeXpress' biggest competitive advantages is the upscale fitness environment that we have created for our clubs. At ShapeXpress we believe that today's women want more than just a place to workout. A ShapeXpress Fitness Center For Women offers an environment with a spa-like look and feel that accents and is congruent with, our many different services and amenities, such as comfortable locker rooms with showers, tanning, sauna, kids corner, spa area with massage and our fitness areas. ShapeXpress also requires our clubs to follow exacting standards for buildout and decor to maintain the quality ShapeXpress expects for all our clubs and their members nationwide.

Fitness Programs

ShapeXpress offers a wide range of fitness options including classes such as aerobics, yoga, pilates, self-defense and more. ShapeXpress also features the ShapeXpress Total Body Workout, a strength training/cardio-circuit combination workout, utilizing our proprietary circuit equipment. ShapeXpress Fitness Center For Women also offers state-of-the-art cardio equipment, as well as free weights, exercise balls, and the services of our ShapeXpress fitness instructors.

ShapeXpress Personal Fitness Instructors

Everybody needs a little push, and everybody needs to hear encouragement. A great workout program is useless if you aren't consistent and dedicated. That's where the ShapeXpress Personal Fitness Instructors are invaluable. Our Fitness instructors will workout with you, making sure you have the proper form on the circuit equipment so your time on the circuit is effective. They can custom tailor an exercise routine to address any physical limitations you may have, or to target specific "problem areas." Our Fitness Instructors are knowledgeable about health and nutrition as well, and can recommend diet and supplement choices that are effective.

Service and Amenities

ShapeXpress offers a wide range of services and amenities to address the desires of today's women. As part of a ShapeXpress Fitness Center For Women membership, ShapeXpress provides the services of personal fitness instructors, nutritional counseling, kids corner—a safe environment for children to play within view of the circuit, showers, lockers and a comfortable dressing room complete with toiletries like shampoo, hairspray, blow dryers, etc. In addition to our superior workout program, ShapeXpress offers services like tanning, massage and sauna, and our own line of quality nutritional products.
