In the summer of 2007 Roger Wittenberns announce the incorporation of Diversified Health and Fitness, a healthy lifestyle company. The purpose of the company will be to acquire, manage and expand several existing franchise brands in the health and fitness industry.

health club franchises, Rejuvenate Health and Fitness Centers, Zoo
Family Fitness, Liberty Fitness and Weight Loss Centers, ShapeXpress,
and Sedona are founded on the industry practices that have been the
hallmark of every successful physical fitness chain in the United
States. The Company is the brainchild of Roger Wittenberns, one of the
most well known names in the health club industry. Roger is the pioneer
of the fitness club franchising model which has revolutionized the
industry. He has also helped shape such widely imitated trends as
